I am resending this modified document by email for easier transmission and communication.

We request WTO to consider giving serious cognisance to our enclosed presentation & try to use it before the final decision is taken.

We would request and urge for a personal hearing also. We strongly believe that this would be useful for bestowing justice.

We humbly request that a copy be forwarded to The Director General & all the Deputy The Director Generals, as all of them are some way connected with this interesting issue with far reaching implications.

I have already left a hard copy of this plus copies of the important references at the WTO office in Geneva on 26th & 27th with the secretariat of this case (Ms. Mireille Cossy), who confirmed that the same shall be duly forwarded soon. I am coming from Bombay especially for this.

We request you to use your good offices to guide / support us & to see that justice is bestowed.
