The concerned WTO’s Hon’ble Panel is about to give a judgment which
appears to be scientifically and legally wrong.
We have been requesting them since June 2000 to review it before
proceeding further.
They have expressed that they cannot consider our submissions
because the time is over.
We need to build confidence in the WTO’s Hon’ble
Panel to give a bold judgement based on truth and unbiased by
Public opinion which is distorted due to reasons explained below
and in our Amicus Brief submitted earlier to them.
